Hello, Iād like to express my experience here in teamtoyota collision. We were called in February 4, 2026 to pick up our 2026TOYOTA cross after getting repairs done to our car after a car hit it in our driveway. We arrived at the collision center, and in the middle of the process I went out with the manager to see the vehicle before we signed off and paid the bill. The first thing I noted there was misalignment of the hood. The manager kindly brought the car back in to get redone. After paying and signing, we saw the car under sunlight and many doll buff marks, and squirrel scratches could be seen all over the car. After coming back and complaining to the manager. The manager showed professionalism and brought the car back in and thoroughly had the car done and Iām sure the technician was very attentive to the job. And now receiving the Toyota cross February 12, Iām very happy with the results and how they actually took their time.
