Hello, I’d like to express my experience here in teamtoyota collision. We were called in February 4, 2026 to pick up our 2026TOYOTA cross after getting repairs done to our car after a car hit it in our driveway. We arrived at the collision center, and in the middle of the process I went out with the manager to see the vehicle before we signed off and paid the bill. The first thing I noted there was misalignment of the hood. The manager kindly brought the car back in to get redone. After paying and signing, we saw the car under sunlight and many doll buff marks, and squirrel scratches could be seen all over the car. After coming back and complaining to the manager. The manager showed professionalism and brought the car back in and thoroughly had the car done and I’m sure the technician was very attentive to the job. And now receiving the Toyota cross February 12, I’m very happy with the results and how they actually took their time.

Team Toyota is an excellent dealership! They gave me a very good deal on a 2025 pre-owned Toyota Crown, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I originally stopped by just to check out some pre-owned cars, but ended up driving home with the Crown thanks to their great pricing and professional service. Alexis, the salesperson, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. They answered all my questions and made sure everything went smoothly without any pressure. Highly recommend Team Toyota to anyone looking for a great deal and excellent customer service!

I could not be happier with my vehicle purchase. I went in looking for a mini van but what I got was a mini van and the most amazing experience. Excellent repair quality and professionalism. The process took longer than expected due to additional issues discovered during diagnostics, which made the wait difficult, but I appreciate that Burns Collision Center prioritized safety and fixing the car the right way rather than rushing it. The final result was excellent, the car drives perfectly, and communication was solid once the issues were identified. Quality work matters, and they delivered.

I took my Chevy SUV to team collision after a deer ran into the side and caused a good amount of damage, I did not know they were certified to work on all makes of cars so I figured I’d get an estimate. After about 5 minutes of dealing with their customer service I knew this was where I wanted to take my vehicle. From start to finish it was the smoothest transaction I’ve ever had at a repair shop, the customer service was friendly and knowledgeable, they kept me informed along the way and handled everything for me. The collision center is beautiful, looks brand new and was very comfortable. I would highly recommend taking a vehicle here for repairs. (They also have a rental counter with a lot of options)

My new car got the tire locks expertly installed. The windshield was coated to prevent glares. The car was sprayed with a protective coating to keep the paint from discoloring and long lasting. My car was also coated in the inside to protect the material and prevent stains. All this service was efficiently done and my car looked immaculate. The service was excellent, effective, and done carefully to prevent damaging. Everything done was part of the excellent warranty. I love Toyota.
